The Flahive’s High School Athlete Program is centered around a high energy, competitive, & supportive environment to help athletes achieve success. Each program is individually created to fit the needs of the athlete to enhance athletic performance by increasing speed, strength, and athleticism. An athlete looking to improve their game needs more than just “general” workouts, and Flahive’s provides that. The pace and design of each workout gives our athletes the physical and mental edge they need to take their game to the next level.
Some things that you won’t find at Flahive’s:
- Every athlete being trained the exact same way despite age, sport, & experience.
- Athletes being thrown into huge groups where they get lost in the shuffle.
- Crazy, unsupervised, & unsafe workouts that leave athletes beaten up & injured.
- General workouts of the day (WODs) that have no rhyme or reason.
Our athletes work in small groups (5-10 athletes per coach) so they are guaranteed expert individual coaching and get personal attention to maximize their workout. Using the Flahive’s assessment process, every athlete is provided with a customized program for their goals, needs and level. With personalized coaching and attention, we address every facet of athletic performance and teach the proper techniques and way to workout.
Athletes receive a program that is well-rounded in athletic movement based includes a the very best methods to train and develop athletes. Speed is the name of the game. Speed is the primary focus of the Flahive’s High School Athlete Program. A faster athlete is a better athlete. Combined with speed, fast methods aim to improve strength, power, athleticism, mobility, coordination, conditioning, and flexibility training. Putting our focus on these areas, we lay a strong foundation for each individual athlete by getting him or her stronger, faster, and more resilient to help them take their game to the next level.

Membership Packages:
To maximize physical and performance results, athletes need consistent training, and Flahive’s seasonal packages guarantee consistent training. The seasonal programs include programming and coaching each training session that is specific to each athlete to maximize performance. This ensures that our athletes are not mindlessly “going in an getting a workout.” Every training session is programmed with a specific purpose and coached to help our athletes make the most of their performance training.
Off-season athletes can train between 2-6x per week, and in-season can train between 1-3x per week.

Each package includes the designated training days that are individually programmed and interactively coached by a Flahive performance coach. Also, athletes have access to use the FAST training facility on any of his/her “off-day” to get extra workouts. These “extra workouts” can be done by any FASThlete, on their own time, during Flahive’s normal operating hours.
***Email Flahive’s at workout@flahivetraining.com about our 1 day/week High School In-Season Maintenance Program*** In-season training is as important as off-season training. Players typically will work hard all off season to build strength, but if they don’t maintain that strength during the season they lose it little by little as the season goes on. With just 1-2 maintenance sessions a week during the season will maintain their strength.
