How Does It All Work?

Flahive’s is NOT like typical gyms and programs. We do NOT just throw you into classes. We want to set you up to be successful! We meet you at your current level!

We start you off with a personalized Starting Point Session. With the personal Starting Point Session, we can get a starting point and design a plan just for you based on where you currently are and your goals. The Flahive program isn’t a one size fits all program! People have different experiences, injuries, limitations, & goals. Our goal is to design a plan to give you exactly what you need, at your individual level, so that you can be sure you’ll see results as quickly as possible – without having to figure it out on your own.

Your Starting Point Session gives you a great chance to see the gym, meet your coaches, & get a chance to ask any questions. We want to make sure we are good fit for you and you are a great fit for our Flahive’s community!

 

Ok…I just had my Starting Point Session!! Now What?

We now have a full understanding of your goals, what you have done in past, & what you need from us to make reaching your goals a reality. We design a plan of action together. We address your biggest hurdles and what has kept you from reaching success in the past.

What do the workouts look like? We use a combination of workouts to get the best results and help you build strength, ignite your metabolism, & build lean muscle.

Small Group Personal Training:

  • Individualized program with personal coaching
  • Progressive, proven strength training system that will help you get stronger and leaner simultaneously
  • Allows you to work on specific goals or work around specific limitations or injuries with expert hands on coaching
  • Centered around resistance training to help you build lean muscle and shed body fat

Group Class Workouts:

  • Three different types of classes (FLEXX, AFTERBURN, & POWER), so it’s constantly varied workouts to keep it challenging & not boring
  • Fun, fast-paced interval training
  • Burn calories around the clock
  • Gets you up & moving to train your body in a functional way
  • You will NEVER be put on a treadmill, elliptical machine, etc.

Full workout plan:

There’s ZERO guess work here! You will get professionally designed workouts that are fun and challenging to maximize your time in the gym. You’re busy and have a million things going on – we get it! Our training program has been provento get awesome results, and get you in and out in 45 minutes! That’s less than 3 hours per week. You can make that commitment!

Expert coaching and guidance:

You will get the coaching and guidance you need to help you reach your goals! You won’t just be going to the gym on your own without a plan or program – we will give you a proven, results-driven program that will get you to your goal! You will have the expert guidance to achieve your goals in the fastest, safest, most efficient way possible!

Nutrition plan:

Again, no guess work here! This is your cheat sheet to shedding fat, losing weight, and looking GREAT! We’re not going to throw a lot of information and science at you – just easy to follow guidelines that will maximize your results and look and feel great!
