Being that motivation comes from within us, SELF-CARE IS SO IMPORTANT! Read that again. One more time. Self-care doesn’t HAVE to mean going to a spa and getting a massage or relaxing with a glass of wine. These things are absolutely options, but if that’s not your thing, what about going to the gym? Or even simply going for a walk? Or getting up a little bit earlier to have some time to relax in the morning before you start your day?
