Fad diets are all the rage lately. Cutting out entire food groups isn’t necessary & working out 6 days a week isn’t necessary! Extreme things like this are at a much higher risk for burn out, and most people end up even further from their goals than when they started!
You do not have to be extreme, just be CONSISTENT. Working out 2-3 days per week every week is what will get you on the best healthy schedule. Making sure you’re eating well consistently is what is going to give the best results!! ?
