Tip #4: *Take it one day at a time*
You may be wondering what other way there would be besides taking it one day at a time, since that’s literally how life works, BUT you may be surprised to find out that thinking of things in the short term may help you to better reach your goals! This typically lowers the chance of burn out ?
Getting caught up & being overwhelmed by the thought of your goal is completely normal; a weight loss goal can seem incredibly daunting when you give yourself a time frame of 6 months, but taking it day by day makes it seem a lot more manageable! This is another example of small victories leading you along to the bigger goal ?
This is ALSO a great tip if your goal is not weight loss!! Whatever is on your plate (ha-ha, not literally), can usually be made much less overpowering if you stay present in each day!
