Recognize your progress!?
When you look at yourself every day in the mirror or weigh yourself constantly, it can be very tough to see the progress that’s being made. The easiest way to back track your progress to REALLY see how far you’ve come is to look back on when you first began your fitness journey. Whether your goal was to lose weight or get shredded, the chances of recognizing a physical change from the beginning are much greater than a daily check in.
If it is a mental change you were searching for when you started, it may be harder to keep track of, but sit and think about your headspace in the beginning. What changes have you seen? Analyze your feelings and your motivation level. What fuels you to continue working out? ?
