Just a quick reminder to tell yourself when you’re worried about how tough a workout is: the workouts themselves don’t get easier, you just get stronger!! ?
Think of this if you’re beginning a new exercise and it feels difficult, or if you are feeling like doing the same exercises multiple times per week isn’t becoming easier to do – give yourself plenty of time to repeat tougher exercises, you’ll get stronger and they’ll become routine after a while! Be patient with hard workouts, you’ll conquer them soon!! ??
