#MotivationalMonday!! It’s here again!! ?
One of the most common mantra’s here at the gym is the term “mental toughness” – usually it’s a dig from Connor (?) but in all seriousness, it’s a quick little term that makes us all stop and quickly take inventory of our mindset.
Every little thing we do all day is aided by our mindset, but for all intents and purposes, one we will focus on the most is physical activity! If your head isn’t in it, it’s not going to give you the benefits that you want it to. If you’re distracted or worried about something else, your workout is not going to be all-in.
One relatable example today is the snow, so put on that mental toughness cap and get the heck in here! Beat the snowy blues!! ??
