#MotivationalMonday – You only fail when you stop trying!! ?
Something that we’ve heard from people just starting out or who have been in the same classes for a while and wanted to switch things up is: “I want to do [the large group class/certain exercise] but I don’t think I’ll be able to do it ?”
THIS IS ALL YOUR OWN NEGATIVE MINDSET! If you have been wanting to hop into a different class to try it out, all you’ve gotta do is zone in on the positive attitude and take it from there! If you have been watching people do burpees from the floor and haven’t wanted to try it because it looks too tough: this is for you!! Put in that hard work and don’t quit! You’ll amaze yourself what you are capable of!
