Chair Mobility: Lat Stretch

Day 3 of Chair Mobility.

We have an upper body stretch today that feels FANTASTIC.

It will stretch out your lats, arms, and give your thoracic spine extension (super important if you are slouching).

Give it a try.

Takes about a minute. Don’t stop doing the other 2 stretches everyday too.

They will make a big difference.
