Trainer Tip of the week: Choose a pushup variation that works best for YOU!
What will this do for me? If you start with a lower level pushup, and practice often, you will work your way up the progressions until you can successfully do a pushup on the floor! From there, we’ve got some variations that can make it even tougher!
