In both the Youth Development Program and Jr. High Athlete Program, your athlete will work in small groups (5-10 athletes per coach) so they are guaranteed expert individual coaching and get personal attention. With personalized coaching and attention, we provide them the tools & coaching they need to get faster, stronger, more athletic, and to build a rock solid athletic foundation.
Most of the youth & Jr. High atheletes that FAST works with attend 2 sessions per week. We understand that they are on multiple teams and multiple sports. We offer multiple sessions throughout the week to compliment their practices. The added piece of speed & strength coaching makes a huge difference for their short-term improvements (within their season) and their long-term development.
To start an organized long term athletic development program at that stage of development is a huge advantage. Aside from the improvements from a physical performance standpoint, more importantly, the athletes learn the correct way to workout, which will last a lifetime.
