Happy #MOTIVATIONALMONDAY!! Wow, haven’t had one of these in a few weeks, so lets give this one a good long thought.
If you don’t challenge yourself, you will never change. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Think about this. That fad diet that you keep trying and then caving into; only making it into the gym once a week; or even an every day habit like taking the elevator instead of the stairs.. Are these things helping you get to your goal? Are they changing you for the better? Are they challenging anymore?
Change those habits to push you every day to be better; change those repeated habits and throw in a new one!
