This is more of a reminder than anything, but *drink your dang water!* This is about so much more than just hydration! This is about digestion, this is about the clarity of your skin, this is about regulating your body temperature- the list goes on!
A good recommendation for the amount of water you should be drinking per day is 1/2 your body weight in oz; Example: if you weigh 150 lbs, you should be drinking AT LEAST 75 oz of water per day! 💧
