Today’s tip to stay motivated: Don’t compare yourself to others! Everyone claims to not do this, but this is DEFINITELY one of the toughest things about working out and staying motivated. Seeing others make progress and feeling like you are falling behind or not getting the results you’re working for is the #1 reason why people quit working hard. *DON’T BE THAT PERSON!!*😈
Be the person who has tunnel vision. Unfollow all the girls with your “goal body” on social media. It’s making you feel worse, even if you don’t realize it. Be the person who is hyper-focused on their own goals and comes to the gym to put in work for themselves! (*Cue “what works for one person, doesn’t work for everyone”*)
Easier said than done, but once you change that mindset, you will be golden ⭐️
