We continue the series of “How to Stay Motivated” with Tip #5: Be KIND to yourself!
This is HUUUUUUGE when staying motivated! I’m sure that all of us can confirm that it can be hard to have positive self-talk sometimes, especially when working toward a goal, but you will find that it is much easier to reach that goal when you’re being nice to yourself 😇
Think about it: if you are bashing yourself all the time, are you really going to stay motivated enough to get where you want to be? Probably not.
BUT, if you’re complimenting yourself or practicing self care, that positivity is going to guide you along much smoother!
