Today’s inspiration can be taken in many different ways and that is why I think this could arguably be the most applicable motivational Monday yet-
Do something that your future self will thank you for. “Future self” could be a year from now, a month from now or 10 minutes from now.
Whether it is..
-drinking 1 more glass of water today
-eating 1 more serving of veggies
-stopping to take a few deep breaths during your day
-taking a REST DAY (*gasp* she said it!)
-coming to the gym when you’re really not feeling it but know that you need to go & you’ll feel better after
It could be ANYTHING. Listen to your body, allow yourself to take breaks if you need it and take action when you know it will benefit you in the future🤗
