Holiday’s can be toughhhhhh to come back from; eating ALL the food, drinking, sitting around.. it’s very easy to feel discouraged! We all go through it. You’re not automatically back at square one!
BUT, if you let that turn into a habit and eventually let it become your norm, that will be when you feel like you’re back to where you started & you may quit making healthy choices because it doesn’t feel like you’re getting anywhere.
The worst way to get where you want to be is by quitting 🤷♀️
Don’t let all the candy you ate discourage you from coming in and using it as fuel for a great workout!!
