Moving forward and keeping your aspirations in mind will always keep you moving in the right direction. Try setting little goals along the way that will keep you going- for example, if your goal is to be able to hold a plank for 1 full minute, start out small and work your way up; 20 second plank, 30 second plank, 45 second plank, etc.
Reaching these small goals in the meantime will keep your motivation going and help you reach your goal without fatiguing out 💪
