Losing motivation is a natural thing, but it is definitely a slippery slope once you start consistently using “lack of motivation” as an excuse. Pretty soon the excuse becomes the routine!
Don’t let it become a routine- adopt the mindset of discipline. Really sit down and think about your goals, and how badly you want to get there. Think about 3 weeks ago when you last thought about your goal: did you get there? Were you disciplined enough to stay consistent?
