With FAST’s Winter Break 2 Week Vertical Jump & Explosive Strength Program
Program starts Tuesday, December 27th & will run to January 5th!

Every session will include:
- Dynamic warm-up, athletic drills, & mobility & flexibility training so you increase athleticism, move better, and stay healthy.
- Agility & quickness drills so you can react faster and change direction quicker on the court.
- Jump training to jump higher and become more explosive.
- Total body strength training to help you get stronger & prevent injury.
- Recovery and injury prevention so you stay fresh, healthy, and perform at your highest level going into competitive club season!
- Camp will be 2 weeks — December 27th to January 5th.
- Time offerings will be Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday at 1p & 4:30p
- Program will be 2x or 3x per week. (You can pick 2 days or do all 3 days)
- Program will be 4 sessions total or 6 sessions total.
- Program will run the Flahive’s facility (located across the street from EVBC.
- The program will cap at 20 EVBC girls. DON’T MISS OUT!!
- 2x/week (4 sessions) is $125
- 3x/week (6 sessions) is $150
