Kelly’s little goals help her reach her ultimate goal: HEALTH!
“I LOVE FAST! When I started a little over 3 years ago, I had one goal: to get healthy. Each week, I set goals for myself, and the focus of each goal was to do better than the week before, whether that means picking up a heavier weight or completing more reps. I was intimidated at first, and the only reason I continue to go is because of the awesome trainers. They motivate me to do my best. I have accomplished so much since I started and there are days when I feel like I can conquer anything because I am now strong. Thank you FAST family!”
