Motivational Monday 9/23

IT’S #MOTIVATIONALMONDAY!☀️

Today’s motivation is to work on your mindset! Think about it – if you start the day with a negative mindset, your whole day can turn negative in a matter of seconds! ☹️

Lucky for you, the same concept goes for positivity- having a positive mindset sets yourself up for a positive day! 😁

Take some time today to reflect on your mindset. If it’s not feeling like positive energy, do one thing to turn it around! Typically things that relax you will be the easiest thing to do to create positive energy; meditation, a quick nap, a solo trip to the store. And then keep the positive energy flowing by honoring your body with some movement; LIKE A GREAT WORKOUT 😜

Keep that mindset this morning and every morning! Get out there and crush this day! 💪

Trainer Tip of the Week 9/19

Trainer Tip of the week: Try rolling out the SIDES of your spine instead of directly on your lower back!

What will this do for me? This will loosen up the muscles that you feel are “tight” in your lower back! Since the vertebrae in your low back are so close together, they’re meant to be stable, and rolling them out right on top of the bones doesn’t do much to loosen it up! #MotivationalMonday to make you laugh to start the week!! 😄

Every body has 24 hours in their day, it’s just a matter of how you choose to spend it! Aside from the fame and fortune of Beyonce & other stars, you can be just as productive and successful with your day. Does productive to you look like going to the grocery store and getting only the things on your list? Does success mean going to the gym today?

Just as everyone’s day has 24 hours, everybody’s definition of success and productivity is relative. Make the most of your Monday with some healthy choices! 💪😁

Trainer Tip of the Week (9/12)

Trainer Tip of the week: Kettlebell complex circuits are a great way to get your heart rate up!


What will this do for me? With strength training, we like to incorporate exercises that will get your heart pumping as if you’re doing a cardio workout, just more fun 😉 Try this one out for a quick 10 minute workout or you can make it a much longer workout- just add a few more rounds of exercises!

Happy #MOTIVATIONALMONDAY!! Wow, haven’t had one of these in a few weeks, so lets give this one a good long thought.
If you don’t challenge yourself, you will never change. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Think about this. That fad diet that you keep trying and then caving into; only making it into the gym once a week; or even an every day habit like taking the elevator instead of the stairs.. Are these things helping you get to your goal? Are they changing you for the better? Are they challenging anymore?
Change those habits to push you every day to be better; change those repeated habits and throw in a new one!
