“My name is Bob and I am a 57 year old diabetic. All my life I have been active; playing all the major sports: wrestling, running cross country, in high school and competing in martial arts. Because of my disease, I realize how important it is to exercise to stay healthy. However, as I get older, I realized I needed to find a place where I could work out with all the health benefits, minus injuries, and still be motivated. Flahive’s was the answer. I have now been training at Flahive’s for about a year and a half. I have noticed nothing but great results such as lower blood sugar, lower body fat, better weight management, stronger joints and muscles (shoulder impingement gone!!) and I feel better, more relaxed and stress free!

How to perform exercises and the types of exercise, how to train around injuries and how to help injuries, diet and motivation. The facility is fully equipped, clean and spacious. The class sizes and types vary, as do the class times!
