FAST is having it’s 5th Annual Summer Football Prep Camp!
The camp will last 8 weeks – June 13th through August 8th (runs right up to the beginning of Fall Camp) and is for High School Football Players ONLY! This includes all incoming freshman through seniors.
The program is individualized to the player and covers all facets of football: Sprinting mechanics, lateral speed, change of direction agility, first step quickness, explosive power development, total body strength training, nutrition and body composition (weight loss/weight gain), injury prevention, conditioning, and much more!
Every Training Session Includes:
- Mobility & Flexibility training so you move better and stay healthy.
- Speed and agility training so you can accelerate faster and change direction quicker on the field.
- Football-specific power & plyometric development so you are explosive and powerful in every situation.
- Football-specific strength training because if everything else is equal, the stronger athlete will ALWAYS win.
- Specialized core training that makes you powerful and resistant to injury.
- Conditioning that is specific to the game of football…no long running…you must be full speed and explosive for 6 seconds at a time and then recover to do it for 4 quarters.
- Recovery and injury prevention so you stay fresh, healthy, and perform at your highest level the entire season.
These workouts are designed to work on all football-specific qualities: first step explosiveness, change of direction agility, strength, and athleticism. All workouts are designed to train and stress the body in the
same way a game does, which allows our athletes to see results better that transfer directly to the field.
They will learn proper form and techniques on everything. We will concentrate on lifts that will help athletes be stronger in football and help fill in the gaps that their school workouts are missing.
We guarantee you get the individual attention you need to get the most from each workout and maximize your results. We individualize a plan based on your needs and develop a program specific to addressing your strength and weaknesses to make you the best player possible when you step on the field.
There is a clear, cut difference from the training program and results – FAST has dedicated itself to delivering the very best training environment to enhance athletic performance to take athlete’s game to the next level.
We are accepting 12 players into this 8 Week Program. (All current football players training in the FAST program will automatically be in this program.)
For the 8 Week Program, we have 2 options:
- 3x/week training: $58/week (8 weekly payments)
- Ultimate Results Training (up to 6 days/week): $72/week (8 weekly payments)
