FAST is having it’s Pre-Season Basketball Prep Camp!
The camp will run up to the 1st week of November (leads right up to the beginning of try-outs) and is for Jr. High & High School Players! You can start any week before September 12th. Don’t wait until the last minute to prepare!! With FAST’s program, you’re getting a basketball training program to get you faster, more explosive, & get you stronger & more durable. This program will compliment your skill training and open gyms perfectly to get you ready for a breakout season.

The program is individualized to the player & every sessions include:
- Speed and agility training so you can accelerate faster and change direction quicker on the court.
- Vertical jump training to get more lift on your shot and finish higher at the rim.
- First step quickness so you can blow past defenders on your way to the rim.
- Total body strength training to finish stronger in traffic and body up bigger players.
- Mobility & flexibility training so you move better and stay healthy.
- Specialized core training that makes you powerful and resistant to injury.
- Conditioning that is specific to the game of basketball…no suicides or long distance running…you must be full speed and explosive for 4 quarters.
- Recovery and injury prevention so you stay fresh, healthy, and perform at your highest level the entire season.
We guarantee you get the individual attention you need to get the most from each workout and maximize your results. We individualize a plan based on your needs and develop a program specific to addressing your strength and weaknesses to make you the best player possible when you step on the court.
There is a clear, cut difference from the training program and results – FAST has dedicated itself to delivering the very best training environment to enhance athletic performance to take athlete’s game to the next level.
We are accepting 15 players into this program. (All current basketball players training in the FAST program will automatically be in this program.)
For the Pre-Season Program, we have 2 options:
- 3x/week training: $58/week
- Ultimate Results Training (up to 6 days/week): $72/week
