FAST Athlete Programs create a high energy, competitive, & supportive environment to help athletes achieve success. Each program is individually created to fit the needs of the athlete to enhance athletic performance by increasing speed, strength, and athleticism. An athlete looking to improve their game needs more than just “general” workouts, and FAST provides that. The pace and design of each workout gives our athletes the physical and mental edge they need to take their game to the next level.
Our programs incorporate the most efficient methods to guarantee the fastest and safest results possible to work with athletes competing in:

Our athletes work in small groups (5-10 athletes per coach) so they are guaranteed expert individual coaching and get personal attention to maximize their workout. Using the FAST assessment process, every athlete is provided with a customized program for their goals, needs and level. With personalized coaching and attention, we address every facet of athletic performance and teach the proper techniques and way to workout.
FAST utilizes a well-rounded athletic movement based program that includes a variety of methods to train and develop athletes, including strength, speed, power, athleticism, mobility, coordination, conditioning, and flexibility training. Addressing these qualities, we lay a strong foundation for each individual athlete by getting him or her stronger, faster, and more resilient to help them take their game to the next level.
At FAST, our primary focus is strength; strength is the foundation for everything. Even athletes with the main goal of getting faster need to concentrate on getting stronger and increasing stability. Stronger athletes are faster – you cannot move something fast, until it is strong enough to move efficiently. Stronger athletes are more resistant to injury – they can control and absorb the forces that get weak athletes hurt. Stronger athletes also use less energy, so they are fresh and strong during the final plays of competition. Other than strength, every session will directly:
- increase jumping power
- develop first step explosion
- increase agility and quickness
- improve athleticism
- increase sport-specific conditioning
- drastically decrease risk of injury
- build confidence!!!!
At FAST, we implement a progressive training system that is comprised of three phases. An athlete is placed in a phase depending age, experience, injury history, goals, and individual needs. With our 3 phase system, we are able to determine the level of training that is best for each individual athlete and then progress the athlete through our program to guarantee safe and effective results. FAST doesn’t just randomly throw athletes in “workout of the days” – we place them in specific, organized workouts to help them to progress and maximize their workouts to carry over to their sport.
Phase 1 – Entry level program designed to teach Jr. High aged athletes efficient movements to improve strength, speed, agility, athleticism, coordination, mobility, and flexibility. This program helps these young athletes learn foundational exercises, running mechanics, and how to safely/properly workout. A major goal for Phase 1 to lay a strong foundation to build upon as the athlete gets older.
Phase 2 – Intermediate level program that is designed for experienced Jr. High and High School athletes. Following phase 1, a strong foundation has been built, so moving forward with phase 2, this phase concentrates taking it up a level to develop strength, speed, and power. Phase 2 utilizes a combination of strength and speed movements to maximize the overall development of the athlete.
Phase 3 – FAST’s most advanced level program geared for high school/college football players and other high level high school athletes. Phase 3 is centered around FAST’s unique system of combining Olympic Weightlifing and a FAST’s Speed & Strength System. This system allows the athlete to train multiple qualities simultaneously and year round to develop next level strength, speed, and power in the fastest, most efficient way possible.

MONTHLY FASThlete Membership Packages
FAST ONLY offers monthly packages. To maximize physical and performance results, athletes need consistent training, and FAST’s monthly packages guarantee consistent training. The monthly programs include programming and coaching each training session that is specific to each athlete to maximize performance. This ensures that our athletes are not mindlessly “going in an getting a workout.” Every training session is programmed with a specific purpose and coached to help our athletes make the most of their performance training.
Off-season athletes can train between 2-6x per week, and in-season can train between 1-3x per week.

With the FAST’s program, you will head into your next season a completely different athlete – better prepared, more confident, and ready to dominate.
Each package includes the designated training days that are individually programmed and interactively coached by a FAST performance coach. Also, FASThletes have access to use the FAST training facility on any of his/her “off-day” to get extra workouts. These “extra workouts” can be done by any FASThlete, on their own time, during FAST normal operating hours.

Players typically will work hard all off season to build strength, but if they don’t maintain that strength during the season they lose it little by little as the season goes on. With just 1-2 maintenance sessions a week during the season will maintain their strength.
