FAST combines and offers two types of workouts:
FAST BLAST workouts are extremely fun, fast-paced, and include interval training that will ensure you incinerate calories around the clock and bust through your fitness goals. You’ll use battle ropes, sleds, kettlebells, medicine balls, valslides, and so much more to keep training fun and challenging. You will NEVER be put on a treadmill, elliptical machine, or anything else the standard trainer puts you on.
Strength Camp is centered around strength training to help you build lean muscle and shred body fat! You will be introduced and use a progressive, proven strength training system that will help you get stronger and leaner simultaneously! You get to train with dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and more to challenge your body to help you achieve the results you want!
